It will all be clear when you read the novel.In her first life,she was Kayena.She was killed by Gillian like mentioned before and she reincarnated as a 21st century girl in her second life,yet she didn’t remember her first life.She read a novel in which was her first-life universe but she learned that she was Kayena from that novel only in her third life(current life as Kayena).In conclusion,both regression and reincarnation are mixed here.She regressed as Kayena again,but before that,she reincarnated in our current universe.

it doesnt say in the manhwa but it goes into detail about the fact that cayena had actually lived as a princess and was killed by her brother, then she was reborn on earth and lived there before reincarnating back into the body of a much younger cayena with her memories.
