At first cayena already said “my half brother” so i think they have different mother from the start and cayena said smth like “ill tell my granpa count hamel” SHE SAID MY SO HE ISNT REZEF GRANPA -she told that to rezef and if the position r count its likely from her mother side since previous king is unlikely being a count right?
Thats mean theyrr not from same mother ANDDD NOWWW it revealed not from father side either so they aren’t sibling AT ALL

rezef is raphaels half brother, the woman Raphaels father didn’t stop seeing even after marriage was the empress cayena’s mother. So, Cayena has the most right to the throne since she’s the only true royal blood (born from the emperor and empress), the younger brother’s (the one in the academy) mother is a concubine (but she is the one that the emperor loves), rezef isn’t even a royal, and the guy with the long hair is a duke that has a right to the throne only because he kidnapped the emperors lover and is kinda threatening him.
