yep, LadyLombardy is right. Remember how she bought three pins? She gave them to the deceased members of the family to buy their silence but also tried to keep them from ever talking by offing then altogether. so the pins got scattered around.
If I remember correctly the aforementioned pins are proof of the ties between Nataly (specifically Erina) and the fallen knight(s) that helped fake a monster attack that almost hurt Schumer, so as to frame the North (forcing the Grand Duke to take action inside the palace which could be framed as taking political action, something strictly against the agreement between the North and the Capital/Royal Family). Basically it’s linked to the main plot (Royal Family x Northern Grand Duchy).
