I’m pretty sure Rayton knows Setz isn’t his sister, so this reaction isn’t really wierd on his part. On the other hand, if we start seeing Setz get all blushy before she knows Rayton’s daddy isn’t her daddy… that’ll be icky.

They have different mothers and different fathers; Rayton’s father was killed by the emperor before he was born (If I’m remembering correctly).
I also don’t think they’ve ever thought of each other as siblings, Setz has been ‘playing’ sister so he won’t kill her, and he’s just never thought of her as a sister, they were allies and could probably now be considered friends.
