i feel like the demon-human war is the fault of both sides. I mean, weren’t the reason the princess was sent out to subjugate them was because they were harming people? It’s been 100 years and obviously the truth about the poisonous clouds were covered up by the king, but that doesn’t exactly mean the current king is just as cruel.
Instead of always attacking the humans and proving to them that you are there to cause harm, I feel like a peace treaty with the king would be the best option, just like how the fl suggested. In exchange for resources or whatever they need, they would stop attacking the kingdom, and boom, peace. Don’t get me wrong, I think it’s the fault of the humans for being so prejudiced, but invading a kingdom and being just as prejudiced isn’t really doing your race justice 🤷♀️
