oh boy, they did a real piss poor job with the reveals and explanations here. They also seem to be skipping alot of details. Lina at the end, didn’t just realize she was a monster, she also realized that she was a replacement. Lina isn’t REAL in the strictest sense. She is a creation as a replacement for half of the MC’s divine power. 1. because the MC’s body couldn’t handle all of the divine power at once and 2. because the MC didn’t want to be the lover of that creepy god. This isn’t the first life the MC has lived, she has lived multiple lives but this god keeps reversing time trying to get her to love him. Lots of shenanigans but as a result, Lina was created to be the substitute. All of her memories are false and fabricated.
