Luce, who had been abused by her parents, thought she would find happiness by marrying Orth, the first prince of the Zeon Kingdom. In her despair, Luce is confronted by Gilzark, the emperor of the Dragaless Empire. Gilzark, who claims to have come to destroy the Demon Stone, also attempts to take Luce’s life.
