I don’t know how this recap will get to you, but here we go:
Our fl has been reincarnated into Dahlia (a character who didn’t exist before, in the game she played). Her brother comes back when her father died (to which she doesn’t care lol because she got her memories back.). He’s really cold and antipathetic towards her so she pretends to be dumb. She meets the emperor who realises her powers when he asks for a handshake-his power is the ability to sense emotions through touch- and now continues to ask her for hugs and also for her to marry his son Cedric. She still doesn’t know she has powers. She gets assigned Adrisha as her lady in waiting for some ball. She saves the duchess who is basically her surrogate mother. We never see her again after this lol. At another party Aceras, the lousy priest guy, goes to confront adrisha on the terrace and she overhears with Cedric. Basically he confirms she has powers through Adrisha. She gets caught bc she teleports down accidentally with a quartz Cedric gave her. He kidnaps her by jumping off the terrace but they leave a hairpin so people realise. He also felt her powers in the position they were dangling from. She lies that aceras didn’t kidnap her when Hikanas (brother) found her. Anyways she’s buying a present for her brother and the emperor helps her out by paying. She only realised later and they go to thank him. Whilst they’re there she says hello to Cedric and agrees to tutor him on love aka give him a ton of books he has to read ten times and give a report. He does that in three days. So they see eachother again for another lesson but the brother cockblocks by sending a professor. We did have a cute moment where she fell asleep and he made a pillow for her out of magic. Her brother is having an awakening or flowering (whatever they call it). So the emperor gives her a bunch of stuff to help, which hikanas destroys anyways. He also says to hug him BUT doesn’t actually say that it’s because she has powers. Anyways everyone survives because Cedric comes before he can mash anything up. Our girlie then gives him a hug which is really stupid if you think about the fact that she doesn’t know she has powers. But I guess she was trusting the emperor and then he calms down. Anyways they go to Vesta on holiday. Adrisha also comes. She meets Maldon who is Adrisha’s assassin buddy who’s scamming nobles by getting them to donate to children- i didn’t think it was that serious because he actually was taking care of the kids. Anyways, they go to a night market and she knocks Maldon out with a quartz, that Cedric gave her, by accident. So she pulls him into an alley way and also used this as a chance to use her powers to heal him. Adrisha and her missed the cookie baking thing so they decide to do it tomorrow. Also her brother surprised her by showing up even though he said he was busy and they danced. He did have to leave the next day back home. The cookies made Adrisha a child and the evil priests minions also chose that moment to try and kidnap her. Adrisha had cool magic powers despite not being a transcendental. Maldon in a maid disguise beat everyone up and Cedric came for no reason because everything was already sorted. The brother took the priest minion and tied him up with magic and is gonna interrogate him. And then our girlie returned home to her brother.
