@murdergnome (nice name btw) I don’t think its as bad as what you said. Let’s try to think about it from her perspective. You’ve been locked up for years, only talked to dead ppl, and a hot guy rescues you and says he wants to marry you. Someone who has been abused like that would probably idolize their perceived rescuer and do anything he said. Not to mention that marriage could actually give her power and protection.
What would be wrong would be him forcing her to do whatever he wanted. We have yet to see on that, but she was already given a choice and she refused.
