Tbh I think rosain likes lilian and is just distant due to worries (seeing as she was willing to enter lilian’s room at the time of the duke’s arrival to notify her herself instead of leaving it to a maid or just not informing her at all). The one behind the missing doctor is more likely to be rohaim since he had a look at the end of the banquet that would forebode a sinister plot from him and bam next day something happens to lilian. Coincidence? I think not.
