As obvious as Bastian liking his “sister” which I doubt they share a single drop of blood for some reason!!

The queen knows so she did everything to block off Bastian’s way in reaching to Rewellyn by all means possible.
Putting such a terrible curse on her to defame, and intimately destroy her.
And creating such a scandal for her own son to bring them two further apart and seal the deal completely!!
I can’t help but feel terrible for the poor guy!
He is too soft, or he would have gotten rid of his vicious mother somehow by now.
