I’m kind of disappointed with the FL.. even tho she is being realistic cuz no one wants to endure this kind of life…. But everything was going fine. Ml was trying his best to keep her happy in his own way trying to overcome his trauma (literally lost all of his loved ones)…. Then this doctor showed up….. with these weird treatments ofc the ml wouldn’t be in his senses.. But atleast the fl could have spoken up…. It’s like she didn’t even try and just gave him away to the doctor… ok I get she was unaware of the treatments but she could have gotten more help from other doctors or atleast tried to understand the whats happening… the worst thing is she even hesitated when the doctor asked her to leave her husband and go with him. She should have clearly denied.
And of course ml mental was already terrible and then the idea of losing his wife to another guy triggered him…. He lost his sanity,
But anyways I initially thought the ml had done worst things to her for her to despise him so much. But honestly that’s not how he was… even after war he pulled himself together. It was the doctor who ruined him. And everyone in the manor including his wife just let it happen-
Nope. I am 100000% sure now. The doctor is 1000000000000p0% at fault. It’s his fault. He’s a manipulating bastard and has insitgated the fact from the very beginning. He wanted it to happen.

I assume that he fell in love (or at least liked) her appearence and wanted tto be with her. But she’s married, so it was just a stroke of luck when Ian first got his seizure. He PRETENDED to be a doctor and PRETENDED tobe able to cure Ian. When in reality, he just used whatever methods were most popular at the time.

While the “treatment” was going on, Ian had to endure countless whispers of the devil (the fake doctor) and started to go insane. The fake doctor knew that would happen and continued while telling Ian’s wife that it was “normal” and that the “treatment” was going well, when in fact, it wasn’t.

After Ian’s condition continued to worsen, he made a proposal to Ian’s wife, saying that it was her only way of “escaping”, when really, he wanted her to be in this situation. That fake doctor wanted her to be in a situation desperate enough to take his offer and escape. She was willing to take it because of the coldness she had to indure from Ian’s side, because the devil whispered to him. (The fake doctor.)

With this, I can conclude, that the fake doctor instigated all of this!! He most likely wanted Ian to hear that last conversation they had, to make him upset too!!

If this is how people respond to situations like this such as “The doc is hot tho” or “SHE’S WAITING IN THE RAIN LOL” shows how disappointing humanity has become and is bound to fall into chaos in the near future.

The doctor isn’t lying, I think he was actually helping her. Her role as a wife bound by the money of her husband, without any independence is not something she should hold onto so much
