I tried to give this a genuine chance because FL hadnthe guts to flee from the ML, but honestly knowing that he will eventually be the ML anyway didn’t sound well with me. While a bit of possessiveness it’s good in a couple (in a range that leaves to the partner their own space), as always in those kind of mangas stalking and toxic behaviours are glorified. If my fiancee put me in a cage where I can’t go out or doing anything else but to rot, I’d honestly would prefer to jump off the window to free myself, even if that would kill me.
Bah… if you like abusive MLs (or turning off your brain) give it a try, if not, go elsewhere.
