This is one of the most shittiest adaptation I’ve ever seen.. The manga fails to depict how Elisha fell for Lucerne steadily in this life. Also, Elisha raped him in the past timeline, and he thought it was Carolla that’s why he was disgusted.. He loved her in the past life, but also despised her as he saw as Jacob’s lackey.. He took therapy in this life to finally let go of him obsession and actually love her.. The side stories reveal it was their child who reversed time.. This feels rather abrupt and crazy end to he honest, it makes Lucerne look like a crazy bastard and Elisha a dumb saintess who fell for him, happy ending..
