Nah, they might have ignored her to protect her. It’s a common trope where the mc thought they were being ignored out of spite but in truth, her sibs loves her to the point they even devised a plan for her to escape in the future. They knew something about her birth that she didn’t know because it would be too dangerous. That’s my guess.
The only thing that I can conclude out of their actions is that they originally loved her, but when they descovered that she isn’t like them (Powerless) they either hate her, or their parents or adults actions forced them to, but then they knew that she is actually powerful or something.
