I dislike it when people say protect the weak. I get it if you’re actually weak (sick, a minor, an elderly, disabled, etc) but even then he is not related to you whatsoever and has no obligation to help you. You might think of me as heartless, but it was her own fault she almost died anyways. She knew there was a monster yet still rushed inside for her good for nothing father. If a random stranger jumped into shark infested waters to mourn their abuser, I wouldn’t go save them.
