Well, that whole background story about corruption, black mages, scheming nobles and now some sort of healing tree is coming along just fine. I’m glad that there’s more to this whole story than a mother-and-foster-daughter-relationship where the female lead has to hide the child-saint while several potential male leads are wooing her or so.
In typical romance fantasy manhwas, the female lead would be a noble lady who runs away with the child she wants to protect. She would probably take on a contract marriage under the protection of the male lead (like in “A Perfect Ending Plan of the Villain in a Fairy Tale”) who would of course come to love her.
Together they would fend off annoying enemies and love rivals until the holy power of the child would save the world or something. The male lead would be in charge of all the physical protection (usually sword fighting) while the female lead would come up with strategies as well as social networking and ally-assembling within the nobles’ society…
