I am well aware of the effort these guys put in, specially the cleaners and re-drawers. And I for one feel so bad for them when a TL is this much neglected. It feels like their efforts are disregarded when those who are in charge of the TL do such a lousy job.
I appreciate their enthusiasm, yet as some philosophers saying, ‘a work done with neglect is better not done at all’.
If you are one of the team-members of the scanlation group, then you should say so, and try to convince the other party by explaining how much effort you guys have put into this work despite the TL being so bad. And if you aren’t, just try to understand someone else’s frustration by putting yourself in their shoes. That would be ‘good manners’ as well right?!

Then maybe, people who have felt frustrated and even tortured due to the mental riddles they had to constantly solve just to figure out what the text is implying, would feel less wronged.
Even then a display of good mannerism is too much of an expectation due to their mental fatigue.
