i can appreciate the sister, ngl, i like her. she’s serious, she’s passionate, she cares about her family/duchy. ofc some airheaded looking girl from an enemy family would rankle her nerves. i quite like her passion~ i hope that the narrative treats her fairly but i think that they will, considering this work has given several “villainess” characters the opportunity to show that they’re just women in complicated situations who have conflicting values/goals/motivations. its one of the things i like about this work. its not just about “irina is the best, everyone kiss her feet”, it’s about all the cast having complicated circumstances and coming to grow fond of one another despite those circumstances. its nice to have a flushed out cast instead of an army of simps lol
