His “hero” title is just one of those self proclaimed inflated ones from his dillusions stopping the deranged psychopath Antes when young but thaat was just Antes being fed up being blamed for all the crap this idiot did

That hero title is not full delusions but its something that comes to light later part in the novel so ill refrain from spoiling that

lets just say both OGML and OGFL delusions where back on forth and lasted for about 70% of the NOVEL before it turns to finding and learning all the truths in the background
