It is more so she hated Rodrian because he would make people misunderstand their relationship, all while he has a fiance. Which then had that fiance gather her little minions to spread rumours. Rodrian has a psychotic obsession with Luna
Antes is still up-holding their “contract” relationship in front of public eyes in this scene. But of course he wants Luna to be his real girlfriend, so he is trying to charm her. He also helps protect her from bad rumours

He is forcing this relationship against her will and he is intentionally getting rumors spread around as we see in this chapter where he declares in front of everyone in this debut that they are together. He may not have a psychotic obsession but his actions are very much just like Rodrians
You seem to be forgetting that the rumour of them dating was spread by servants of the Rodrian’s mansion after Antes had to help Luna get her father out of the Rodrian mansion. Luna quite literally screamed it out herself. Also her father and servants also believed them to be dating because of this. The public already new the rumour of them dating. She even said in her letter to them to cut the relationship slowly to break it to her father and servants since they all believe that they are in a relationship. Luna is using Antes as well. But again, Antes isn’t having his minions to spread mean or harsh rumours about luna to the point of her getting abused. Big difference from Rodrian.
