@ThisDunceReads No i’m talking about the ML using the fact that she can’t talk back against her family to force his way into her life as her “boyfriend”, he is being very duplicitous and is putting her in an awkward position because of it. Hence no better than the ogML
She should also understand that(the story)everything that happened to the character that she’s playing (didn’t happen to her) isn’t the same future she will have Pearson seems like a good ML but he just needs a backbone

I thought the Duke family were decent, never imagine the will show their fangs as soon as their neighbors got rich… Keeping a father hostage isn’t enough, now they want ownerships… you can never know who is friend or foe…
she was inside but sudden is outside when lawyer came & it’s annoying how she is acting now, she was the one to say about dating, and it doesn’t feel she dislike him rather she don’t want to get involved but at the same time she is somewhat interested, if she don’t want him I want her to be clear & firm & make up her mind, not this unreasonable act of hers, she should’ve choose her words wisely it seems like over acting at this point, be clear girl.
