   A few days ago I defended this work from haters and now I regret it, they were right, it is trash.

   I am personally a fan of bad guys and dark romance but this is just very poorly written.

   My first problem is that our main characters are very boring. FL has barely a personality. Her whole attitude so far has been a poor maid getting harassed. She doesn’t have any friends or other relationships.

   The ML is your typical hot anti emotion guy. He doesn’t have a specific goal or dream for his life. Just a brat that is used to having an easy life, and now he’s lashing out.

   That being said, I honestly don’t think male lead is as bad as others say. He didn’t trick her or force her to do anything she didn’t want. Fl fell in love with him and chose to be with him even after he told her that he wants to use her until he gets tired. She is responsible for her own actions imo, he didn’t manipulate her into anything. I’m sick of the victim card used for someone that clearly didn’t think before making careless decisions.

   Do NOT read this trash.
   It’s basically torture for the FL, the FL’s mistress is a spoiled psychopath, the supposed ML is a manipulative bastard who according to the spoilers does some horrible stuff to the FL, and the worst part is, if you start to read it, you’ll be unable to stop because you want to see Lynn happy, or at least get her get back.

    I understand the story has just began but the thing is that the art is soo pretty and when the storyline is gonna be like this, then it hurts. Artists put so much effort in it but the storyline doesn’t seem to make the manhwa any better.

Yea I know the male lead is being kind right now, but it’s not actually kindness, he’s just interested in her and will make her his plaything later. I’ve read novel, he will gradually show his true colours.

    @Melissaaa18282 No offence, but have you read this yet? Everyone has different opinions yes, I respect that, but the male lead hasn’t even showed any toxicity in the story yet. He’s been treating her with respect and kindness till now. The worst thing he’s done is ignorance. The story has barely began.

    Yep authors love to create obsessive possessive in power trashy MLs with FLs which are in bad conditions pure, kind, abused etc whom ML is into does stuff to get FL blah blah story line….. and all MLs sins are forgiven cuz he is the most handsome man in the whole universe prodigy genius but have no emotional intelligence etc which affect the mind of some young girls who think it’s okay to be abused n stuff if it’s a good looking dude… and they also tend to have weird fantasies…..

    A complete Trash storyline. I’d recommend not reading it cuz it will only make your blood boil. Ml is just as shitty as his sister. I dont understand why the authors are so into writing toxic ass mls and pathetic submissive fls. let her take revenge too for the things she suffered from. But No. They are too pathetic to stand for themselves and then realise they love ml so they be like forget+forgive. Ugh.

    Oh wonderful, another story with a weak and submissive female lead, a toxic environment, and a possessive male lead!
    Couldn’t the author create mentally healthy protagonists? Always characters with psychiatric problems to make the story interesting? Stories full of senseless abuse…
    In these stories, women are always portrayed as weak, low self-esteem, resigned to their sad fate, until they are saved by someone, usually a sweet prince or in this case, a cold and possessive Male Lead who then, with the power of love, becomes a better man, Hurrah!🤣🤣🤣🤣
