I already know that the saintess was somehow on the side of something evil because, I’m not going to lie, there are a lot of manhwas that have similar plots. I’m going to be honest, I thought the saintess that was mentioned was going to be the FL. Her baptismal name is Isabella, and she has divine power (she might be the saintess; we will learn in the near future). I thought that was her backup plan when the ML was sent to the south, like she faked her death, then became the saintess, then happily ever after, but again, I was wrong. I suspect that the maid with the empress is the saintess, and I also believe the saintess has something to do with the resentment that the empress has for the ML. The saintess is probably a dark force that wants to rule the world, probably to prove something or just typically with a curse.
