Very similar to “the saint adopted by the grand duke” and “A world without my sister who everyone loved”
As of chapter 21 the chapters felt like they had a very good length to them on top of nice art.

The protagonist was an adult and returned in time, but she is still incredibly stupid and naive and it seems that she has the intelligence of a child who doesn’t know any better and her actions leave too much to be desired… This manhwa is not worth it unless that you like to get frustrated

Yes, I agree the girl was already Adult before in both of her previous life and still naive. Also Diana was the reason why she went to prison in her previous life, besides the rumors Diana spread about her in the duck’s mansion with the servants made her reputation bad or not able to heal anyone. I don’t know I liked the plot at the beginning and I thought she will be more cautious and smarter person for someone who lives twice from childhood to adulthood in both of her pervious life.
