In the previous chapter, she only internally said that she wasn’t interested in him because he’s older. To ML she gave a variety of excuses of him “not being her type” because he’s too skinny etc.
So I mean her thought bubble back then shouldn’t have been, “he’s older than he looks” but rather, “he’s been by me since childhood so I can’t see him that way” Because it could be taken as her thinking, “he’s too old for me to be attracted to”

HAHAHAH it was explained that it was due to Flan having elf blood, But you can’t “Spill the beans” As the previous chapter quoted,lol. It’s better to just make an excuse rather than raising suspicion for naught. I hope it helps
