Yeah, it’s now confirmed – the male lead is horrible trash. There’s no way I will ever forgive him for what he did to an innocent woman in this chapter – basically leaving her to die. Never ever.
And where did all the other knights suddenly appear from after letting Sir Chase defend the carriage all on his own? Why is the only thing these people are saying to him something about a “formation” in order to keep him from saving the life of the substitute that their leader still needs? This is really bad story writing.
