I just think the FL is oblivious I mean she just thinks everything will go the way the book says. So she doesn’t think anything will change I don’t think she’s dumb she’s just following the book. As someone who tends to be oblivious to how others feel about me I can 100% believe that she honestly just doesn’t notice.
I agree. And it looks like she has a low self-esteem. Although im frustrated with the story’s development, I still think her actions are reasonable. The only reason we can think that the story can change is because we’ve read a lot of isekai with “i will become the new fml” plot. The fml is just assuming that everything read in the the novel will take place in the future (and she do not wish to interfere.) Although we can see that she want to have her own happy ending, she just can’t see it with the duke (because she know that her sister is the fml in this story). She’s not dumb. She just an overly timid, introverted person who has a low self-esteem and passive.
Wow I’m not sure what to say about the comments saying the FL is dumb but honestly if you think about it her actions are reasonable her wanting to ship the OG FL and OG ML together if I were in her position and I know how the story goes I would also act the same way as her,cause she already know that their story has a happy ending you can’t risk the possibility of that happy ending turning into a bad ending cause you changed the flow of the story.
Imagine this you get reincarnated as Jeanette in who made me a princess and you know how the story goes, but Lucas start getting interested in you wouldn’t you ship lucas with Athy cause that’s how the story goes and the only story you BELIEVED that has a happy ending if you changed the story there would be a butterfly effect and a possibility of a future where Athy dies cause Lucas was not with her but with Jeanette aka you.REMINDER this is just an example cause for me the comments are just pissing me off this is just my opinion don’t take it to heart ?.
