Her mother was a commoner so she is an illegitimate child, not an official princess. If her father had lived she might have been granted status through marriage or a royal dictate but she’s a commoner.
Instead of getting adopted and hoping for a better future, she insists on selling herself (because she enjoys it), using the excuse of honor and the desire to be independent 😅😂😂😂 It doesn’t make much sense….Oh, and she believes her lord will let her go after repaying the debt. okay so basically andin and fl were probably friends of some sort and andin is the father of the kids that fl is raising. Fl isn’t actually the mother, but she took care of them (maybe because andin wasn’t being responsible and the real mother of the kids is presumably dead?) also he seems to like her, but got rejected on multiple occasions
