While she could use her powers to make them suffer rn, she wants them to suffer as much as she did if not more. She may even be trying to obtain power so that the names of a majority of the jeweled families become nothing but a thing of the past, ending the legacies left by those who had harmed her. Afterall, those of at least the emerald and diamond families cared about their noble status so much that they enjoyed abusing a young child with “lesser” origins. So torturing the perpetrators and destroying the things they value most is likely the revenge being sought atm
Sooo I’m actually still slightly confused with why she wants the Garnet family to go down so badly. With her devil powers, wouldn’t it be easy for her to just make the Emerald people suffer? Or is she trying to gain power just cuz she’s greedy
