I get that she regressed and is therefore mentally older… But there’s gotta be a problem with you if you start getting romantic urges towards someone that (physically) young. So hopefully the romance takes place after a timeskip of some kind.

@MinipRan ikr, we need a plot but manhwas nowadays just shove this kind of setting to us without any background. Maybe if there’s a novel, this will be narrated well in there.
