Ok I’m officially in love with this story! Enoch is approaching cinnabun levels and the earlier skirt was so funny! Someone mentioned CLAMP artwork and I can see it, but moreso I better steel my heart for CLAMP-like twists.
So my speculation is probably correct.
She IS the saint.
There was no remains either.
I doubt she even got married.
I’m sure she was devastated after she had to kill the demon king.
As MC thought to herself, maybe there was a conspiracy to separate the two.
Conspirators may have plotted against the both of them, and while she was oblivious about it the demon king knew it all and that’s why he is still in love with her.
The curse is most certainly caused by those conspirators.
I hope they can find love in this life.
I don’t like the demon king to fulfill his role, removing the curse, saving the human lives and disappear while she goes off with this cute guy or any other.
That’s really sad.
And the ‘other’ magician could very well be hector or someone who’s being framed due to malicious intents of others like that quirky princess.
