How hard is it to tell her why you’re doing this???
Yeah, she’s so young that she probably won’t understand some of the dangers/pressures, but it’s better than leaving her thinking she was abandoned wth???
I know they are poor so no education but she could have at least properly said goodbye or told her what was going on. She really did abandon her thinking it was the right thing to do but she’s just a baby image how hurtful this moment will be for her
Agreed, @Aznlover220 also I think she does have a name actually, since I think I remember seeing violetta refer to her as ruby when telling renault to watch over her. So the nameless bit of the story was possibly more of cuz she doesn’t have/know a name given at birth.
I don’t agree, Violeta didn’t have to abandon her like that, the child has already been abandoned she will clearly suffer from thinking she was thrown away twice. Violetta could have easily explained what the mark was, what it meant and why she had to be brought to the temple. Although the FL is a child she is can comprehend those things. She would have said she didn’t want to leave but having a purpose coupled with a possible promise to see each other again, would have been enough to make her willingly go. Not mention telling the child she must endure whatever happens in the temple is really irresponsible, because they could essentially do what she is afraid Scar will do, bleed her dry for their own gain. Violetta had more options that she didn’t even try to explore, which is understandable because she is afraid but the poor baby is getting the trauma from these adults and their trash decisions. Also how old is she, why didn’t they name her yet?
For those who expected Violet to tell the truth to the protagonist, they do not understand that the protagonist is a little girl, she is not going to understand her situation, it is also for her own protection, if she returns they are going to use her to make money, also If the protagonist thinks that they are abandoning her, she will not think about returning to Violet, because she knows that it is better for the protagonist to stay in a place where she is needed and will be taken care of, instead of being deceived and used as a tool to earn money or even be sold on the black market as the saint… In the end it is better for Violet to remain the bad guy, so the protagonist can move forward and not look back and look for her again, it is not the ideal solution, but in the Violet’s conditions are the best she could do…
