Though they do not look alike, it is very plausible.
The way he was waltzing in the banquet hall meant he is a noble. So what is his identity?
Or was he in a ‘Stealth Mode’ or something?
I like Marcel the most, and it would be perfect if the Silver Wolf was Marcel as well.
Considering her real age, it takes a lot of time and effort for the other party to ‘cook’ her up!

My intuition says that Marcel is the ML and also her husband in real life. Because her husband was never explained and was always a mystery and Marcel gives off that feeling. So I wanna bet my everything on Marcel. Also, she has an issue when it comes to dresses/clothing due to her age in the real world, and here in the novel, Marcel just came out like a fairy godmother.
i think he is the ml but im liking the white-haired guy more. but it’s also possible that she won’t end up with either of them and wake up from coma. or maybe she will meet the ml in reality and the plot twist is that the father of her daughter is the ml in the story. they’re just sharing the same soul or something xD
