The change of scenario is good, usually when talking about “regressing” manhwas is with a medieval advientance, but a modern one works great too. The problem i have is that the hability to turn back time is very powerful, and mixed with a bland writing makes most of the situations a “Deus Ex Machina”, where you know the MC is going to solve everiting regardless, and nothing feels like a threat.
