The author got all the little detours in their head out, and are FINALLY going in a direction that makes sense!
I think they were trying to go for more character growth, but yeahhh….
At least we’re getting back to the original story – this must be the event where Kylo was supposed to die, that we’ve been told about from the very beginning of this story. Seems like the female lead is trying to prevent this by sacrificing herself.
But why does this super giant dangerous rift even (stay) open after the false saintess is gone? And I also don’t get how the female lead was able to create an illusion about herself lying in bed? Her powers are just light and purification?
