What kind of dialogue is this: “I’m not feeling well” – “Are you really okay?” 😀
And I do get that feeling forced to pretend you will be able to do something later that very likely won’t be possible – and repeatingly so – will make you feel bad.
It’s not the best idea to yell at someone because of this, but why not tell them: “Let’s stop pretending. I’ve not been getting better for years, so if I will not be able to accompany you, you should go and enjoy yourself alone…”
