Notes: FMl drank holy water as a result of a guy, Gregory who wanted to get back at her for insulting him. Holy water induces sexual desire and so she slept with Elex in chap. 7-9 thinking he wouldn’t get attached, but ML always liked her though he pretends to be indifferent.
Her father abuses her, wanting her at top spot in the academy. Plans to sell her to the highest bidder after graduating. Her brother George is trash too. Her best friend is likeable and somewhat funny.
Red hair girl thinks she’ll marry Elex and dislikes Tila, fml.
Tila is not weak or dumb, and she stands up for herself. We don’t know much about the ML yet except he’s a Duke, pretty much good at everything and Tila hates him because he has life easy.

Art is great! ML is a green flag. But i had to drop the novel because FL is such an unlikable prickly cactus, that I had to really suspend belief that the ML would have ever fallen in love with her. It seems like the manhwa toned her behavior down a bit, so I will probably continue to read just the manhwa for now.

Really good so far, someone with too much of a prude perspective must have give 1 star to it and that’s why it went down, but it’s a very nice narrative, with lots of potential to grow.

In my opinion… Before judging a story you should read at least 10 – 20 chapters and then decide. So far, it’s really good!
We have a strong FL that defends herself, and tries her best at everything she does, even though almost everyone around her is trash, you meet those kinds of people everywhere, and sometimes you don’t even know it.
Be understanding and have a bit of patience, a story needs time to develop, not everything is perfect at first, and if you think so, dear, you are completly wrong.
If the quality of the plot decreases, then you can complain and drop it.
Like I said… So far the art is good, the plot is good, give it a try 😉

I immediately lost interest when some trash was speaking vulgarly of the fl in the first chapter and he just listened, that trash was actually speaking of r wording the fl, meanwhile the ml just listens. Idc abt any other explanation, he is trash. I am not even into knowing about his pov, I am ok with misunderstandings but he is a bit too toxic for her.
