As we can see before the ending of 2nd season she is already remembering a few things. I remember to read those spoilers at the end of 2nd season in another website (bcs I was reading the 19+ version there) so I wasn’t lost, but the ones down here are basically the same things that I read there. I think that there is a few things that aren’t in the manhwa that should be, so I don’t really think that the spoilers “ruined” anything, they just let us enjoy this masterpiece even more

1st life
Ines and Carcel are husband and wife. The crowned prince Oscar wanted to have Ines since she the most important noble lady because of her blood line but Ines’ father doesn’t want her to be with the prince because Oscar was foolish and unqualified, and so he arranged the marriage with Carcel Escalante. Carcel loved her dearly but Ines didn’t at first. Although, she never showed her feelings at that time she did later realized that she loved Carcel, but was not able to confess it to him until they died. They had a child named Ricardo, but died before 1 year old. Ines got very sick at that time and died while Carcel was at war who also died. Ines’ sickness was because of poisoning by Alicia Barca who was the crowned princess at that time, who was jealous of Ines. Luciano at that timeline staged a coup and the crowned prince was sentenced to death.
2nd life
Saint Anastacio gave Ines a wish before she gets reincarnated. Ines’ asked that Carcel will not be her husband in the next life. This is because she felt guilty that she wasn’t able to bear his child and that she didn’t love him properly. When she got reincarnated her memory of her first life was erased.
Carcel also got a wish when he died in the first life and his wish was to be Ines’ husband again. But Saint Anastacio said it was not possible because Ines’ doesn’t want to. So, Carcel’s wish is for him not to love anyone else and he will not marry unless it’s Ines. He asked Saint Anastacio to give him a chance that if Ines’ will not find happiness with her new life that he be give a chance to b her husband again. When he got reincarnated his memory of his first life was also erased.
Because the crowned prince was unjustly killed the Saint Anastacio gave him a wish and he wished that in his next life he will remember everything that happened to him.
The prince practically groomed Ines to fall for him, he treated her kindly and showered her with presents. Oscar fixed his act so he can get engaged with Ines and her father will not opposed the engagement. Because of his hatred for Luciano for killing him, he channelled his anger to Ines by abusing her. He also has an inferiority complex over his cousin Carcel who was accomplished soldier in the first life, so he wanted to get revenge that now Carcel’s wife in the first life is finally his. Oscar wanted to desperately prove that Ines is nothing to him, that’s why he kept abusing her and treated her worse than a whore. This is also due to the influence of Dante Ijar and Alicia Barca.
Ines’ in the second life suffered miscarriage 3 times, because Oscar has sexual diseases and kept raping her inspite of being pregnant. Oscar also made sure that she was distant from her Valeztena family and made sure Ines doesn’t interact with Carcel.
Carcel in this second life was secretly in-love with Ines since they were young, but since she is his cousin’s fiance and wife he kept his distance. He thought Oscar was loving and cherishing her since that was Oscar’s image to the public. When Ines’ jump off her terrace to try to unaive her self, Carcel saw her and saved her. That’s when he found out that she was not being loved by Oscar but instead was being abused.
In the second life, because of desperation and pain Ines’ killed herself at the age of 26 in front of Oscar using the rifle that Oscar gave her.
Luciano went to Carcel and asked for help to get revenge for his sister’s death. He kidnapped Oscar with Carcel’s help and Luciano tortured Oscar painfully. Oscar was able to manage to kill himself to escape the painful torture.
3rd Life
Because Ines’ killed herself, she was given a punishment and that is to move to the next life. It’s not a reincarnation, but she was transported to her next life with all memories of her 2nd life intact. It’s punishment because it’s like a continuous nightmare for her. She moved to her next life at the age of 16, that’s less than 10 years of the the age she died in the 2nd life.
To change her fate, Ines’ seduced the handsome painter assistant Emiliano. She eloped with Emiliano to escape the crowned prince who was already her fiance at that age. They lived a poor but happy life and even had a son named Luca. Ines’ reputation at that time was ruined because of what she did and the Valeztena family suffered shame and humiliation since she was the fiance of the crowned prince who eloped with a lowly commoner.
But in this 3rd life, the Crowned Prince Oscar who also killed himself in the 2nd life was also given a punishment of being able to move to the next life with memories intact. When he was moved to the new life, his memory of Ines’ killing herself in front of him is his daily nightmare. He desperately want to see Ines’ again alive and thinking he does love her but Ines’ already eloped. Oscar announced that he will forgive Ines as long as she comes back. Soldiers are searching for Ines’ so she and Emiliano are always on the run.
Carcel in this life didn’t have much interaction with Ines’ and didn’t have his memory of the first and second life, but he has feelings for her just that he didn’t know that it’s love. He just have an urge to help her. This is why when he found where they are hiding, Carcel convinced Emiliano to run away with Ines, instead of capturing Emiliano he let them escape.
Emiliano felt pity with the life that he’s giving to Ines. He loved her and doesn’t want to see her suffer, so without Ines’ knowing his plan he decided to return her to her family and after he will just run away and live far with their child Luca.
Unfortunately, when he went back to the port Luciano found them. Luciano killed Emiliano. Ines’ returned to her family with her child. Oscar convinced his mother the empress to marry Ines to another noble, an old widow Count Almenara. Since Ines’ reputation is ruined she can’t be the crowned princess anymore. This is Oscar’s plan, because he knew Count Almenara will marry Ines but will not touch her, in that way Oscar will be able to take-in Ines’ as his mistress whether she liked it or not.
Unfortunately, Ines’ overheard her father and Luciano talking that they need to get rid of Ines’ child Luca. Ines’ doesn’t want that to happen, so she decided to just kill Luca and also kill herself.
What Ines’ didn’t know is that Luciano killed Emiliano because Oscar threatened him that if he did not do it Ines’ will suffer. Also, Oscar was the one who ordered the child Luca to be disposed.
Upon learning that Ines’ killed herself, Oscar was distraught and to see Ines’ again he also killed himself so that he will be able to move to the next life.

Ines 6 years old, Oscar 10 years old with their memories of 2nd and 3rd life.
Carcel in this life still doesn’t have memories of his past lives.
Ines’ goal in this life is to live to her old age and have her true death.

Now in this chapter. Carcel was already having glimpse of his past lives, but doesn’t understand what’s happening. Remember this started in the chapter where he and Ines are in the carriage after the party where he surprised her.
Now that he saw Emiliano, he was having flashes of memories again but everything doesn’t make sense to him until Emiliano explained about their past lives.
Emiliano explained that since he died an untimely death, he was given a wish before being reincarnated and he wished to remember his life with Ines’ so that he can avoid her. He loved her but he knew that he was not the right man for her. And though he is not angry, he have some sort of resentment that Ines’ killed their child, so he doesn’t want to see her again.
He explained to Carcel that unlike him and Carcel who were reincarnated, Ines’ is a different case because she’s being punished. Her life is a continuous one with all her memories of past life intact just like a nightmare because it’s her punishment for killing herself. This pains Carcel the most, he now understands the gravity of Ines’ suffering.
Carcel kept getting flashes of memories where the Crown Prince was mocking him for lusting after Ines’ who was Oscar’s wife at that time. But then Oscar also said that Carcel was a fool for not remembering his own wife, and that Oscar will never truly love Ines’ because she once was Carcel’s wife. All these were of course confusing to Carcel and he doesn’t understand why Oscar said in that memory that Ines’ was Carcel’s wife. That Ines and Carcel are foolish and pitiful for not remembering each other. Burdened with confusion, the question of whether he loved Ines’ in their past and knowing the pain of what Ines’ has suffered and suffering Carcel decided to ask Saint Anastacio and to do that he destroyed the statue of the saint.
After bashing the statue, Carcel wasn’t able to talk to the saint but he was gifted with some of his memories (yes just some not complete.)
He got a glimpse of his first life being Ines’ husband.
He now got clarity of the second life where in Ines’ suffered because Oscar was taking his revenge on Carcel. Ines was being tormented by Oscar because she was Carcel’s wife in the first life. This made Carcel felt very guilty. He blamd himself for Ines’ suffering in that life.
He saw glimpse of their 3rd life and thought Ines’ must have really loved Emiliano.
He decided to just give way and divorce Ines so she could live far and safely away from Oscar and be with Emiliano. He wanted to kill Oscar to let him pay for what he did before. But Emiliano refused this, he said he and Ines’ cannot see each other again because they will just be miserable after what happened to their son Luca.
Emiliano advised Carcel that he should not make the same mistake that he did of abandoning Ines. Emiliano believed that Carcel is the right man for her because he can protect her and make her happy.

Emiliano reassured Carcel that he and Ines could never see each other again; the pain of what happened to their child would be too much for them to bear. He said he had already forgiven her, insisting it wasn’t her fault but his because he didn’t have the means to protect them in that life. Emiliano wants Ines to let go of their past and finally find peace. He wants Carcel to convey that message to Ines and to tell her that Luca was a pure soul and was simply spared from sufferings and he doesn’t resent her for what she did. Then, Emiliano gave the chain necklace he bought in this life so that he can give it back to Ines for the necklace they had to sell during the 3rd life because they were poor at that time.
