Way to make me crave a much more interesting story about a woman earning her independence through divorce and using her assets to live her life the way she’s always wanted and never could. Like I get that she’ll ~fall in love~ or whatever, but that still doesn’t change the fact that she’s helpless in the face of society and, although she chose her partner, she didn’t choose her marriage. Like, all this planning and dreaming, and scheming will go down the drain because he made her heart go “doki doki” or w/e. She’ll be trapped as his wife and made to live that life.
Also, side eyeing the chapter for trying to make it seem like cheating with men & women is somehow, inherently worse than cheating with only women. that, plus the fact that he gave her an STI in that past life reeks of that bigoted myth that sexual diseases originate from “deviant” sexualities (why gay men only started being able to donate blood last year in Canada)

She’s not ruining his life. She was pretty clear before their marriage “I’m not in love with you”. Also, how is she giving him her problems to carry? Both of them are just doing what society is forcing on people, which is “get married and have a kid”. She never relied on him to solve her problems. She even told him “have a free careless bachelor life after our marriage, you don’t need to mind me and I won’t mind you, we just need to do the barely minimum ~ heir “

I like how it is. I wish inez will realize her feelings for carcel sooner and carcel will admit his feelings for ines. I cannot blame inez for being pushy about the issue of making carcel cheat, i only hope that carcel will never get tempted to cheat and prove to inez that the tragedy in her past lives will never happen with him by her side.
