@snowhite I guess the author just likes the sound of spanish words because some are not spelled well (that could be the translation tho) and others… well, carcel is not a name, it means prison, Inés is actually a womans name (so that’s fine), Logroño (mentioned in this chapter) is a city, not a hill, and so on…. they use señora and señorita (madam and miss) well, but for the time period they should use doña instead of señora…. and there are a couple more dissonant things in previous chapters like the region called esposa, literally means wife, so it sounds really strange.
