I know religion is part or the plot and story development but I am so tired of reading “God’s will” and “God this… God that…” it is almost beginning to feel like a propaganda and makes it hard for me to fully immerse myself into the story.
“Propaganda” is a strong word. I haven’t seen anywhere in the story where the author is trying to get the reader to believe in religion. It seems like just a plot tool to me.
But if it’s hard to accept other people’s beliefs, then I guess people just mentioning it -even just to move a story along- feels uncomfortable?
