@RaspberryJam from what I have understand, That Perto is the knight commander whose task is to be her escort everytime she’ll go out. Perto is the one she bumped in his dream. He’s that arrogant man who was angry because she invaded his dream. And he said, he’s not Magnus man. He meant that his not loyal to him even as emperor. Maybe he did not know that Magnus is a dangerous man,or he’s confident because he also have some hidden power(?). I don’t like him personally. He’s arrogant and didn’t know his place.
