i feel like it explains this stuff in the chapter. she doesnt want this incident to leak to anyone else because it can be a problem for the dukedoms reputation if there was a cursed gem there. she doesnt actually have exact evidence as well because she needs a priest to examine it and they might take her away if she contacts them.
shes under the belief that they will not protect her in these sort of situations since she still believed that the twins “hated her” until today. the trauma she sustained makes her doubt that they will truly be there for her in the end despite them actively guarding her before because in the end everyone she trusted left her. and they left her for the same person that even her family members were following them around in another timeline
