Yeah, I feel like she cursed them but doesn’t realize she’s the one who did it yet. I mean she said in one of the earlier chapters that she was Atlantis/The Sea itself or something along those lines. So obviously, during her sealing she was enraged and even thought about cursing them until they died. Plus she verbally declared she’d never forgive them, so that would constitute the entirety of Atlantis and or the Sea punishing them for their act.
