Summary
Read The Arrogant Young Lady Learns Love Through a Blood Contract / 傲慢令嬢は血の契約で愛を知る
Silwyn Rigwon, the youngest daughter of a frontier marquis, believes in her own beauty and worth more than anyone else. At eighteen, she still has no fiancé, not because she lacks appeal, but because of her excessively high standards and self-love. However, by royal decree, she is forced into marriage with her first love, Aster Dilseon. Yet when they reunite, Aster is nothing like the man she once knew. He has become cold and cruel… and worse still, he keeps his lover within his estate. Scorned not only by her husband but also by the servants, Silwyn lives each day without a place where she belongs. Determined to reclaim her trampled pride, she resolves to take revenge on Aster. The target of her plan is his “lover,” Aura. Silwyn quickly sees through the truth: Aura is actually a man disguised as a woman. Using his secret as leverage, she orders him to cooperate in her revenge. As they work together and gradually touch upon each other’s true feelings, their relationship—once nothing more than a partnership of convenience— begins to transform into something special. Then, Silwyn is pushed to the brink of death. To save her, Aura sinks his fangs into her neck—sealing a vampire’s contract that binds their lives together as one. A romance fantasy where an arrogant noble lady and a vampire pretending to be a lover for his own purposes are bound by a blood pact.

So, now at chapter 13: would I recommend reading this?
Honestly: not really…
Also, I’m sorry, I wrote “manhwa” in my first comment simply out of habit, but it seems to be a Japanase manga instead.
As said, some ideas sure are interesting, but the story in general is not enticing. The female lead has no realistic plans at all how to escape this unwanted engagement (why does she even HAVE to live in the house of her fiancé before marriage?); while the crossdressing vampire on the other hand is using the seduction of the trash fiancé as a “stepping stone”, his actual goal is to investigate another noble family altogether.
The vampire has a very cool and patient demeanor (and looks really beautiful dressed up as a woman!) even though we later learn that he’s searching for the killers of his whole family (= overly dramatic background-story as typical for male leads). His fake female breasts create a totally realistic looking cleavage, but this disguise is actually never seen nor explained in any way (perhaps magic?)…
Even though the female lead is supposed to be “strong”/”tough”, in reality she is simply shown with a happy-go-lucky face and an “we can do it!” – attitude most of the times, even rather quickly after life-threatening things have happened to her and despite a dark future full of danger awaiting her – that’s just absurd.
There’s this idea that the female lead can see lies in the shape of masks on people’s faces, which is nice and useful, but it’s only rarely shown.
Also the fl can sew, and since the trash fiancé would only give her shabby dresses (her family didn’t send any of her own clothes with her???) the story weirdly includes a lot of sewing.
There are also appalling scenes strewn in for draaaamaaa, which I hate.
Like – the trash fiancé assaults the female lead on the balcony at a lively ball (chapter 9-10) where they could be heard or seen at any moment by important nobles. He even rips her dress (only a little), but of course the male lead is the only one who hears the commotion out of all the many, many guests, and saves the female lead just in time…
Soon afterwards (end of chapter 10) the trash fiancé assaults a maid who tries to stop him from drinking in the cellar deep at night (whysoever she even went there at that time in the first place?), but nobody comes to save this nameless side character, even though she’s screaming 🙁
After being traumatized (we only see the trash fiancé pinning the maid down, both still dressed, but later on we learn he has actually r*ped her), this maid has murderous grudges against … the female lead of all people….
Then there’s vampirism and the female lead is basically living together with the crossdressing vampire, but lots of important scenes are simply never shown. For example: he says they need to drink each other’s blood, then several days later he says her/their last “feeding” has happened rather long ago, but we NEVER have seen them doing that;not even once.
Neither do they really “take baths together” like the female lead has suggested from the beginning 🙁 Only one time in later chapters we see them both sitting in the bathroom dressed in nightgowns, the vampire is in his female disguise, and one is washing the back of the other while basically fully dressed …
Well, you have been warned. Read at your own risk!

First of all: the title of this manhwa is total crap.
The female lead is absolutely not “arrogant”, and she does not need to “learn” love, because she can love others perfectly fine.
This story has several fresh ideas, but still relies heavily on some clichés as well.
It could actually be a comedy based on that cross-dressing vampire and the strategies of the female lead to get revenge on her arranged fiancé who does everything to torment her. Instead this torment – performed by evil maids – is sometimes being dragged out as a dark and annoying sob-story 🙁 Other scenes are also uselessly overdramatic, like when the female lead is being fatally wounded and is saved through a vampire’s bite and such…
This fiancé of the female lead is NOT the male lead, and he’s also not the vampire, he’s just total trash… Like he aims to drive his unwanted betrothed away, but also has maids guard her room at the same time? He also knows very well that she can’t just break up even if she wanted to, since she was forced to marry him according to a royal command.
However he himself does not use his status as a powerful duke to break the engagement. He’s just a stupid coward and racist who hates the homeland of the female lead and didn’t do crap, even though he probably could have refused this engagement he hated so much before it even came about…
The vampire is okay though, and I like that the female lead manages to persuade him to work together against the trashy duke.
On the other hand the plan of the female lead is unreasonable and even dangerous – wanting to make her fiancé fall in love with her and then „dump him“ to take revenge? Plots like these would fit a comedy a lot better, but for this to happen all the threatening and suffering needs to be cut from the story. This would really make a much better read!
