kinda agree with the comment bellow, I think there is some interesting content here, but it’s not as well developed as it could’ve been, and it leaves the overall vibe of a disjointed assortment of storylines that don’t quite make a good story, but it’s not awful either. it’s kinda mediocre. the female characters are indeed a highlight, not only the FL but most female characters are full of life and have strong personalities, which is very pleasant given the amount of stories in here that seems allergic to strong willed and flawed women. but, that by itself is not enough. specially considering how the author stereotyped arabic culture to use as a prop for the white characters, that’s questionable at best, but honestly it comes out as a bit racist, innit…

the art is gorgeous though, it’s actually impressive how beautiful the FL (specially) and ML are drawn, it’s super pleasing to the eye. the translation is mostly alright too. but recently I just couldn’t keep up with the random choices that seems strange (to put it mildly) for the characters, and frankly it just turned way too boring to continue the effort to follow it, so I’m dropping. Unsure if I’d recommend it, maybe if you are really bored and don’t much care for quality…

the fraud one was engagement ceremony, not a wedding. the story started off strong, then kinda scattered all over the place in the middle, then turned out quite nice in one of the major arcs closure… ofc there’s still more to the main story… also the women are hot and bold which I like. the protagonists female are all bitchy looking which I LOVE!

The story
Well, It starts off strong for me and the magic is novel but I was expecting more adherence to the limits of magic usage. Some things happen in later chapters that make the actions of the fl in the beginning look like plot contrivances. It’s a little hard to be specific without spoilers but safe to say fl is superman and it feels like the only thing keeping her in check is the author. Not the world the author built, not the concrete limitations of magic, just the author’s whim in the moment. Not may cup but if those things don’t bother you then the ml is nice and is a filled out character, the fl is fun and the author is good at dialog and witty banter between characters. The world is bigger then one kingdom, the legal system is crazy and high society is a battlefield
