Grooming is grooming lmao. He’s substantially older than her and there’s a vast difference in the power balance between them, in which he holds most (if not all) of the power in their relationship. Those are like the 2 main things needed to identify a case of grooming.
Grown women can be groomed, too (not always by people who are older than them, but almost always there is apparent power inbalance in the relationship between the victim and the groomer), and if you don’t believe me, look up cases of domestic abuse and cult activity/recruitment.
The trope of “thousand year old man romances 20-something year old woman” has always been problematic imo. Our FL is an adult who can make her own decision though, so no one can say anything about it anyway, especially since there’s been no apparent abuse to her or her emotional state.
