These stories often start with the fl in some pretty awful situations and then gloss over the recovery stage, often choosing forgiveness for the sake of a feel good story. I also hateee how she has to grovel for their favour because of the system 😒.
One of the few stories that handles family neglect best in my opinion is Ashtarte, they need to take a page from that story really.
I’m skipping through this story just to see how it ends 😭.
Communication is very important.. So I’m glad they all express everything they felt from all those years till now…. Hope they reconcile and gave her live she deserve
I think going the usual route she would gradually forgive him, but let us not forget that the original tulia was so abused and neglected that the sweet child actually died, the father could have sent someone else if he did not go personally, fact remains that he is a trash father, and I would appreciate it, if more authors took the route of not forgiving the trash parent and for the fl to move on from the toxic family. We all are glossing over this but the abuse the original tulia took killed her and things would have never changed for the current fl either, if she hadn’t desperately begged them and has to prove herself each sec, which is not how a family works.
