I think Na Haesoo continues to stay with Mincheol because he is the only person that she thinks loves her. The words he uses with her makes her feel like no one loves her other than him. She doesn’t love herself enough either; not even enough to buy herself anything like a flower. I think it was adorable she bought a flower for herself because now she is starting to accept herself. And that’s with Beom Taeha around; he makes her feel appreciated with his actions.
